Psychiatric Services of the Rockies has worked to create a compassionate and experienced team under the leadership of Josiah Ziegler, DO. He believes in collaborative, patient-centered treatment that keeps patients motivated to achieve their mental health goals.

Dr. Ziegler and our team of providers offer excellent in-person and telehealth treatment options. These include medication management for ages 5 and up, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and SPRAVATO®.

Medication Management

Psychiatric Services offers medication management for a variety of conditions, including:

TMS

Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a noninvasive, FDA-cleared treatment option for medication-resistant individuals with depression, anxiety, and addiction disorder.

SPRAVATO®

SPRAVATO® (esketamine) and intranasal ketamine are treatment options for individuals with treatment resistant depression. We provide safe and comfortable treatment under the observation of Dr. Ziegler and our staff.

Psychotherapy

At Psychiatric Services of the Rockies and Therapy Services of the Rockies, we take a comprehensive, integrated approach to mental health care. We recognize that meaningful healing often requires more than a single intervention. By thoughtfully combining psychotherapy with medication management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Spravato treatment when clinically appropriate, we create individualized care plans designed to address both the biological and psychological roots of emotional distress. Our team works collaboratively to ensure that each patient receives coordinated, evidence-based treatment aimed not only at reducing symptoms, but at restoring long-term stability, resilience, and overall well-being.
